Chef Ralph Tingle was way ahead of his time when he opened Bistro Ralph on the Healdsburg Plaza more than 20 years ago, long before Healdsburg became the culinary destination it is today. With French culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu in France and experience at Le Cirque in New York, Ralph brought authentic French cuisine to the heart of Sonoma County. Known for his lively and engaging personality, Ralph has always been more than just a chef—he’s a beloved local figure.
Though Bistro Ralph may be a cherished memory, for one night only, you can savor his iconic dishes, including his famous Chicken Paillard, and mix and mingle with the chef himself. And of course, no evening with Ralph would be complete without enjoying his signature martini.
