Health + Safety
As our world transitions into the “next normal,” our team is implementing new precautionary sanitization standards across all our properties.

We’ve developed these measures with the guidance and information provided by both local health authorities and government agencies. Learn more below.

Cleaning + Sanitation

We’ve increased the frequency of property-wide cleaning and disinfecting, concentrating on high-touch surfaces and public spaces like the front desk, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, and room keys. These stringent measures extend to all guest rooms as well as back of house spaces.

Our restaurant teams are also implementing new precautionary measures in every aspect of food preparation, set-up, and service. This includes frequent disinfection of all kitchen surfaces as well as having all team members wear masks and gloves when preparing, plating, and serving dishes.

Temperature + Wellbeing Check

All employees will have body temperature and wellness checks prior to starting their shift at the hotel. Anyone registering a fever, showing signs of illness, or exhibiting virus symptoms will be advised to stay home and see a doctor immediately. Guest temperatures may also be taken upon arrival based on recommendations of state and local health officials.

Hand Hygiene, Masks, + Gloves

Face coverings or masks are required while inside public spaces and outside if you cannot maintain proper social distancing. Non-medical masks, bandanas, scarves, or cloth are all O.K. to use. You’ll also find hand sanitizer readily available throughout the property — both in our guest and employee areas. All guests will receive a welcome hygiene kit including masks, sanitizing wipes, and hand sanitizer.

When dining at our restaurants, please wear your mask whenever you’re not seated or when interacting with waitstaff.

Social Distancing

Guests are advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups. To make it easier, we’ve placed floor markings to prompt the appropriate distance. We also have plexiglas partitions at check-in and other service counters to provide another barrier of protection.

All layouts in our restaurants and public spaces are arranged to ensure appropriate distancing, and elevator occupancy is reduced. As another precaution, our employees practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from guests and other employees whenever possible. Complimentary valet parking is available upon request. To reduce contact with valet off-site city parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Guestrooms

Rooms are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned prior to each guest arrival. We use an electrostatic fogger on all surfaces and upholstery followed by a deep cleaning. Daily housekeeping services will be available upon request only.

Breakfast

Breakfast is complimentary. Made to order hot breakfast, pastries, fruit and other cold items will be available for pick up. Guests also have the option to enjoy breakfast in the lobby or outdoors in the garden at tables that are at least 6 feet apart.

Dining + Guest Requests

Dining options will be available from The Rooftop and Spoonbar with outdoor seating options and limited indoor seating. Tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart, chairs and tables will be sanitized after each diner, all menus will be single-use, and servers will practice social distancing.

Room service will also be available from The Rooftop, Spoonbar, and nearby Pizzando. Orders will be delivered to the door in packaged containers to minimize contact. Our colleagues will knock to notify guests of order delivery.

Bike Fleets will be sanitized and available for use during your stay. The Pool is open and operating at limited capacity. The Spa Hotel Healdsburg is currently open and accepting appointments. Please call or email us with any questions or to receive the most up-to-date details.
